Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, extreme heat may soften them during transit. This does not affect product quality.
If your salve arrives softened:
Place it in a cool area or refrigerator for a short time.
Allow it to return to room temperature before use.
Natural products respond to temperature that’s part of keeping them real.
