Returns & Exchanges

At Hills Remedy, your safety comes first.

Because our salves and sticks are personal-care products applied directly to the skin and lips, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to sanitation and safety standards. Once opened, we’re unable to verify storage conditions or product integrity and we would never resell a product that’s been in someone else’s home.

Unopened Items

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs).

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and unused

  • Seal must be intact

  • Product must be in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you via email, once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
